Do you collect my information?
We never collect your documents. They stay on your device and are never uploaded. To try PermaPDF we don’t ask for any personal details: your browser only keeps an anonymous random ID so your free documents are counted. If you buy lifetime access we keep your email address (to sign you in) and your purchase record. If you use the help chat or contact form, what you write is used only to answer you. There are no ads, analytics or tracking cookies, and you can delete your account at any time.
Does it work on any computer or phone?

Can it edit any PDF?
